PROVIDING YOU WITH THE TOOLS TO UNLOCK YOUR STRUGGLES

FREE 20 MINUTE CALL

Reach out for a 20 minute complimentary call today, where we will briefly discuss your needs, my approach and whether we might be a good fit. If you are interested in the group programs, we can also discuss this.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy offers a confidential space for you to be heard and move towards your goals. You may be struggling with low mood, anxiety or worry, low self-esteem, being self-critical or hard on yourself, or relationship issues. Your difficulties may be more specific such as worries about your health, OCD or experiencing panic attacks. We can help. We provide evidence-based therapy to address these challenges within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship.

Sessions last 60 minutes and are provided online or in-person in South Warwickshire at request. Therapy is tailored to meet your needs, drawing on evidence-based techniques from CBT, Compassion-focused therapy and other approaches as suitable. Each session is £120. If you have insurance, we can provide therapy through AXA, BUPA and Vitality Health.

MINDFULNESS AND SELF-COMPASSION GROUPS

We run stand-alone and 4 week online educational workshops and group programs to teach skills in mindfulness, self-compassion and learning how the brain works. It is based on Compassionate Mind Training, an evidence-based therapy for well-being. If you are struggling with self-criticism, low confidence, worries about how others view you and/or feeling shame, these courses are specifically designed for you. We also offer LGBT group programs too.

The groups are interactive, meaning you will be invited to take part in exercises such as group discussions and guided meditations. You will not be asked to share anything about your experiences that you do not feel comfortable with.

Each session lasts for 60 minutes and either run in South Warwickshire or takes place on Zoom. The stand-alone workshops are £45 and each group is priced separately. Please see the bookings page to see which courses are running, or reach out to discuss.

LGBT THERAPY

LGBT therapy with an affirmative, aware therapist reduces the need to explain yourself, and provides a sensitive understanding to the experiences and challenges LGBT people face. You may want support with: coming out; facing stigma; confidence issues; dating and relationships; low mood and/or anxiety; support with gender transition or identity; or how you relate to yourself and others as an LGBT person.

Sessions last 60 minutes and are provided online or in South Warwickshire on request. Therapy is tailored to meet your needs, drawing on evidence-based techniques from CBT, Compassion-focused therapy and other approaches as suitable. Each session is £120. If you have insurance, I can provide therapy through AXA, BUPA and Vitality Health.
